How ModelPorta minimizes, uses, protects and retains customer and order data.
Data minimization
Checkout collects a delivery email, ordered products, payment amount and transaction reference. Identity documents and card details are outside this checkout flow.
Purpose
Order data is used for payment matching, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and accounting.
Retention
Order records are retained only for operational, dispute and applicable accounting periods. Delivery secrets are removed after their operational window.
Security
Administrative access is protected with server-side secrets, strict response headers, validation, request throttling and order-scoped public tokens.
Requests
Customers may request access to or deletion of their information through support, subject to transaction and accounting retention obligations.
